When Castro stepped into his role as Marketing Manager, Pyek Group’s marketing “department” was essentially a one-person show. He had proven he could tame chaos; now he faced a different challenge – building something great from almost nothing. Rather than being daunted, Castro saw an opportunity to create a powerhouse marketing team from the ground up. With big ambitions and a clear vision, he set out to transform that lone-wolf operation into an award-winning department brimming with creative talent, strategic thinking, and efficient processes.
